Eat little and often
When your appetite is low, smaller, regular meals are easier to manage than large ones. Think of eating as topping up your tank rather than filling it. Grazing every few hours helps you meet your energy and nutrient needs without feeling uncomfortable.
A small bowl of soup mid-morning or some hummus and rye crackers in the afternoon can make all the difference. Planning ahead is key: prep a few simple mini-meals so you're never tempted to skip food completely. It's a gentle way to support energy, recovery and overall health.
