Deliciously simple savory sheet pan suppers

Our quick-prep homemade mustard vinaigrette adds tang to this medley of veggies and sweet Italian links

Sausage and Peppers

• 1 Tbs. oil

• 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar

• 1 Tbs. mustard

• 2 yellow peppers, cut into 3/4"-wide slices

• 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2"-thick wedges

• 6 sweet Italian sausage links, about 1 lb.

• 1 cup red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes

• 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

• Heat oven to 400°F. Coat 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, whisk together oil, red wine vinegar and mustard; add peppers and onion. Toss until combined. Transfer to baking dish. Top with sausages.
