I AM A 40 YEARS OLD WORKING woman, since last three months I have a growth at vagina. I have consulted a lady doctor for this problem, after examination she told me that I am suffering from the tumour of the vagina and advised removal of the growth. I want your opinion.

Your Body

Fibroma, myoma and lipoma are the only benign connective tissue tumours of the vagina which have been described and they are extremely rare. The tumours usually arise in the anterior vaginal wall and are covered by the vaginal squamous epithelium. They are sometimes polypoidal and may grow to be as large as 3 inches in diameter. They probably arise from the plain muscle and connective tissues of the vaginal wall, Myomata may also extend from the uterus into the vesicovaginal septum and myomata arising from the uterosacral ligaments may spread downwards into the rectovaginal septum. In most cases the diagnosis of these innocent vaginal tumours is made without difficulty and treatment consists in excision of the tumour.

IAM A 28 YEARS OLD WORKING woman, since last fifteen to twenty days, I develop the symptom just like pregnancy. I want to know about the symptoms and signs related to pregnancy.
