Can you walk us through your career progression and how you transitioned from a technical role to a leadership position?

My career has been a journey of continuous learning, adaptability, and embracing challenges. I started in a technical role, but soon realised the true impact lies in driving change at scale. Moving beyond execution, I led teams, drove digital transformation at Tech Mahindra, and modernised delivery to make technology a business driver. Today, as a founding member of AlonOS, I'm shaping AI-driven enterprises. My growth mantra has always been simple — say ‘yes’ to challenges before feeling fully ready.
