From traversing India's military bases as a child to transforming technology operations for a global logistics powerhouse, Vaijayanthi Srinivasaraghavan (Viji) has carved a journey marked by resilience, reinvention and relentless growth. Raised across the country, thanks to her father Mr. D.S. Raghavan's postings with the Military Engineering Services, Viji grew up embracing change as a constant companion. That early exposure to diverse cultures, disciplines and languages sowed the seeds of her future leadership: grounded, adaptable, and globally attuned.

Today, Viji leads Operations Technology at UPS India Technology Centre, where she's helping shape digital backbone of the world's largest logistics company. With a career spanning over 30 years across India, the US, and Singapore, her journey has been marked by large-scale transformation projects for major corporations like IBM, Timken and National Semiconductor.
