Growing up in a prominent business family, it seemed like Kamalini was on a fast track to a glamorous career. However, her path was anything but smooth. “People often think I had it easy,” she shares. “But the reality is, it was filled with hurdles. And honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing, those challenges taught me how to spot opportunities even when they were hard to see.”

At just 19, while still in college, Kamalini's life took a dramatic turn. After the unexpected passing of her father, a well-respected realtor in West Bengal, she found herself stepping into a leadership role. With a mother who was a homemaker, two younger siblings, and no mentor to lean on, she suddenly had to manage both a real estate firm and a newly established business hotel.
