Could you share your journey as a business leader and highlight the challenges you've encountered along the way?

My journey as a business leader has been one of constant learning, adaptation, and resilience. When I entered the logistics industry, it was largely male-dominated, and there were few role models for women in leadership. Proving my capabilities and gaining trust in a field where women were underrepresented was a challenge. However, my passion for problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation helped me push through these barriers.

Some of the biggest challenges I've faced include navigating economic fluctuations, handling supply chain disruptions, and driving digital transformation in an industry that has historically relied on traditional methods. Building a strong, adaptable team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement have been key to overcoming these obstacles.
