Being away from his pregnant soap-star fiancée was the toughest challenge

When Jordie Hansen was asked if he'd be interested in returning to Australian Survivor, he said yes immediately. But by the time he was officially confirmed as a member of the Villains tribe, his life had changed - his fiancée Sam Frost was nine weeks pregnant.
"It's something you really have to consider - is it selfish if I go and do this, leaving my sick, pregnant partner at home?" reflects Jordie. "But Sam was the one who kicked me out the door. She said, 'You've got to go. She's the best. She's the least selfish person I know."
Despite Sam, 34, encouraging him, Jordie struggled with being away from her in Samoa.
