Just six months after it sold for an eye-watering $4.3 million at The Block auction in November, Eliza and Liberty Paschke's Hampton East home went under the hammer once again.

Owner Adrian Portelli is said to be "rapt" after the five-bedroom Melbourne property sold at auction last week, despite selling for a loss.
The Block serial bidder sold the property for $3.245 million - a $1.055 million loss for the young entrepreneur.
He initially tried to give the house away on his promotions platform LMCT Plus but the raffle winner decided to take home the $2.2 million prize money instead.
