Love Island Australia is the dating series that has become a guilty viewing pleasure for people around the country. But host Sophie Monk admits when she isn't bingeing the juicy reality series, she can't get enough of crime shows.

In fact, she tells Woman's Day that her guilty pleasure is watching them with a glass of Yellow Tail bubbly or chardonnay in her hands.

"I love crime, I fall asleep to crime," says the 43-year-old. "I've always been into it, but I never thought other people were. I find it relaxing to watch a bit of crime.
