Celine Dion's inner circle are deeply concerned "vultures" in her team are taking advantage of the ailing singer as she faces a terrifying new incurable health battle.

The Canadian music superstar, 54, announced recently that she has been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder known as stiff-person syndrome, which causes severe spasms in the body and, over time, gradually progresses, stiffening muscles in the legs, arms and face.

The "brutal" effects of the condition have made it hard for her to walk, which has forced her to cancel all her shows - including her delayed new Las Vegas residency for the foreseeable future.

Her worsening state has made those closest to Celine, whose estimated net worth is believed to be $800 million, nervous that the wider team around her may not have her best interests at heart.

"Celine's no fool. She understands exactly what needs to be accommodated for the future, but at the same time she's never felt this vulnerable," an insider spills to Woman's Day.
