What are you like first thing in the morning?

Usually grumpy as hell. Quite often I'll exercise, either a strength class or a run.

What's your worst habit?

I'm a terrible food picker. I'm trying to eat healthily at the moment so I've hired a nutritionist. She's putting together good meal plans for me but I can't stop snacking.

What do you do if you're home alone?

If Simon's taking the kids to football, I'll run myself a long bath, put my expensive bubble bath in, light my fanciest candle and grab my Kindle.

Where or what makes you most happy?

After I'd sold a big part of my business, we bought a house in Spain. Having my extended family there is the most magical thing in the world. It's my happy place.

What's your biggest fear?

I'm terrified of the dark. I had hypnotherapy for it years ago but I've never been able to get to the bottom of it.
