Ready to give it a go? Try these expert-approved ways to bring quick relief.
RELAX HIPS1 Sit cross-legged with feet under your knees. Move the body from the hips in circular movements as if you were Hula-Hooping. Do several in each direction.
2 Lie on your back, bend knees and raise them towards your chest. Place right lower leg (just above ankle bone) on top of left knee. Put your arms through to hold behind left thigh and gently pull. Direct pelvis downwards. Rock gently from side to side, then swap sides.
