For some time, it's been known that Loose Women is in a state of upheaval.

With 220 job losses at ITV Daytime coming in the new year, it's no surprise that tensions are high backstage.

But now it seems that those off-screen difficulties are manifesting onscreen, with a number of awkward moments and misunderstandings happening in full view of the audience. 'The atmosphere behind the scenes at Loose Women is the worst it's been in years, but now what used to be playful sparring has started to spill out live on air, leaving the show in turmoil,' an insider tells Woman's Own.

Recently, Myleene Klass snapped at Coleen Nolan when she said that she found it 'depressing' that people in political power were constantly tied up in scandal. Interrupting her, Myleene, 47, said, 'That's terrible though!' Looking shocked, Coleen, 60, responded, 'Alright!', before stating, 'It was just my opinion!'
