I spend a lot of my time as a GP asking patients about their lifestyle habits and occasionally one will return the query. This week I got asked, 'Do you eat takeaways, Doc?' and my answer was a resounding yes! Takeaways are convenient at the end of a long week and are often a welcomed feast.
