The rash you need to watch for

Not just unsightly and a nuisance, your skin could be trying to tell you something about your general health...
-
For midlife women, it’s no secret that as oestrogen declines, skin becomes drier, thinner and less elasticated. As well as general dryness, making you more prone to inflammatory processes such as eczema and contact dermatitis, there are other conditions that get more prevalent with age, hormone changes or stress that we shouldn't ignore. Some of them may indicate more serious underlying disease - but it’s often difficult to work out what’s a worry and what’s just down to ageing.

ASK US ANYTHING
I'm single, and for ages I've had difficulty around sex with new partners. At first, I was just uncomfortable with penetration, but now it's painful, and I sometimes bleed. My best friend has been really great, encouraging me to relax and try different positions. But none of that's helping, and now she's saying I should see a doctor. But do I really need to? I'd rather sort this out for myself.
