Susanna Reid on clubbing in Ibiza with her sons, working with Richard Madeley and body hang-ups

- WORDS: ROBYN MORRIS

Life is for LIVING

Susanna Reid has been grafting for decades, starting her broadcasting career at BBC Radio Bristol back in 1994. For the past 20 years, she's been a staple on our screens in the early morning, starting at BBC Breakfast in 2003 before moving over to ITV to launch Good Morning Britain in 2014.

But now, while she still works hard, life is all about balance for mum-of-three Susanna. 'My sleep is more important than ever,' the presenter says. 'Back in 2013, when I was doing Strictly, I was training all day, and staying up later in the evening than I should.' She adds, 'I was 12 years younger and had a completely different battery. My cortisol levels must have been off the scale!

'At this stage of my life, the quality of my work and family time are really important, and right now I feel like they are in the perfect balance.'

Here, Susanna reveals the juggle of everyday life, why she loves having 'two TV husbands' and how her gym regime has gone out the window.

ASK US ANYTHING

I'm single, and for ages I've had difficulty around sex with new partners. At first, I was just uncomfortable with penetration, but now it's painful, and I sometimes bleed. My best friend has been really great, encouraging me to relax and try different positions. But none of that's helping, and now she's saying I should see a doctor. But do I really need to? I'd rather sort this out for myself.
