FULL THROTTLE FOR THE KING

You've got to applaud King Charles.

He's still receiving weekly treatment for his cancer, yet fulfilling his commitments – including his red boxes full of government papers every night. In fact, Charles appeared to give a candid update to florist Safeena Khan while he and the Queen were on a trip to Bradford.

According to PA Media, Safeena asked the monarch about his current health, and recalling their conversation, she said, 'He asked me how I was, and I asked him how he was...' In response, King Charles gave her the 'thumbs-up' and said, 'I'd like to think I'm on the better side [of my cancer journey].

And he is clearly feeling well, as Palace aides are packing his diary with engagements, including, it seems, two major state visits here in the UK.
