You may not be surprised to learn that three quarters of UK financial firms are already using AI¹. However, the latest research² shows that while more than 30% of us think the technology could be useful and save time, we don't trust it 100%, and there's a recognition of the potential for misinformation.

'When it comes to money, AI tools can be fantastic at crunching numbers and offering clever ideas,' says Mooka Maboshe, a money coach at Octopus Money. 'However numbers don't know what keeps you up at night, or how it feels to finally pay off a debt. Tech can't replace a real person who listens, understands your fears and hopes, and help you to untangle the messy bits of life that arise in light of the maths.
