Help! His dirty talk is far too rude for me

Q My boyfriend of three months has started talking dirty in bed. He didn't use bad language at first, but now he's describing my body in words that really shock me. Plus, instead of saying he loves me during sex, he comments on what I'm doing in the rudest way. It really turns me off, but it clearly turns him on. I just can't think how to get him to stop.

A There's nothing wrong with talking dirty. But there's something very wrong when one partner talks dirty even though the other objects. Have you told him how much his behaviour upsets you? If not, do that right now. If you already have, tell him again, clearly. If he still insists on using language that upsets you, then however wonderful the relationship is otherwise, you're likely not compatible.
