Help! His genitals have a nasty smell

For four years, my partner and I have had a wonderful relationship. But while we're still getting on brilliantly, I've started holding back from sex because his genitals smell. I am advising you to tell the truth! Because your man's probably already sensed something's wrong between you - so you must explain what's happening and reassure him you still care. Plus, a sudden shift in genital smell could signal an infection or a skin condition, so you must alert him to that and get him to see a doctor. You need to be brave and gently and kindly have the conversation.
