Being mindful could also help you to tackle the root cause of problem areas - stress, anxiety or low mood can all show on your face in the form of frown lines, crow's feet and forehead wrinkles. To soothe your mind and get that youthful glow, try these practices.
Wake earlier
Morning is the best time to meditate as it'll set your mood, release tension and, over time, halt premature ageing. Sit or lie somewhere quiet and comfortable, close your eyes and draw your attention to your breathing. Breathe slowly and deeply from your abdomen, focusing on the air going in and out. Thoughts will pop into your head, but let them pass.
