If wall-to-wall wallpaper is too much, try introducing it in limited amounts so you can still get your pattern fix. In a bedroom, the wall behind the bed is a prime spot, so use a stylish wallpaper that will give the room a focal point. Then just layer up the bed with bedding and cushions in complementary colours.
