What Elsa ya gonna do? Lonesome Colin hangs out with a real-life princess

I'm having to send regular messages assuring the beloved wife I'm not pining away or starving to death from self-neglect in her lengthy absence from home where, mostly, it's been just me and the cat. Though there has been the occasional social outing.

Granddaughter Cleo turned three, and there was a party in a park with a special guest and loads of the usual treats to eat, including a spectacular blue cake in the form of that princess from Frozen. I was surprised the kids agreed to cut her up and eat her, but they didn't pause. It was a disturbing sight and I won't share any photos of it.

There was also an appearance by a live princess, dressed just like the Frozen birthday cake, but full-sized and breathing.
