How does your hotel group, HRH Hotels, contribute to preserving cultural heritage?

I personally feel that not only HRH within Rajasthan, but anywhere within the country, every heritage property is somehow connected to their roots. At the end of the day, we are selling an experience, be it tangible or intangible heritage—and every hotel is keen to be able to bring out their local highlights. My father would say this line: Running hospitality does not mean somebody carrying two buckets of hot water and running through the corridor.

It's giving guests the best experience of our land, our space, our tradition, and our values. Through these methods, we carry contribute to preserving heritage.

Hospitality has been an intricate part of your trajectory from the get go. What are some things from your own travel and work experiences that you've incorporated into HRH Hotels?
