We reviewed the ultra-slim and lightweight Galaxy Z Fold 7, measuring just 8.9mm thick when folded and 4.2mm when unfolded, weighing only 215g—lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra! It's the thinnest foldable phone on the market. The device boasts a 6.5-inch cover screen and an expansive 8-inch Foldable Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X main display, both with 120Hz refresh rates and HDR10+ support, protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 and Victus 2. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, paired with 16GB RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, it delivers flawless performance. The Armor FlexHinge ensures durability, and an IP48 rating provides dust and water resistance. However, S Pen support has been sacrificed for the thinner profile, and the battery continues to be the same as Fold 6.
