• The 6.2in $25 looks dinky next to pretty much any other Android flagship. Samsung really is the compact class-leader by default, which I guess is how it gets away with so few changes between generations. There's almost nothing to tell this from the S24.

• The three rear snappers have been carried over wholesale from the S24. The 50MP lead lens can still compete with pricier rivals, but the 10MP telephoto and 12MP ultrawide are now more middle-of-the-pack for clarity.
