Could this smooth 11.2-incher be a Goldilocks tab for those not ready to pay top dollar for Apple's oversized slate?

With a metal unibody, flat sides and smoothed-off corners, there are no major giveaways that this tablet costs less than half what an iPad Pro will set you back. It's heavier and marginally thicker, with chunkier screen bezels, but everything feels high-end.

At 11.2in, the Pad 7 Pro slots neatly into the tablet sweet spot: small enough to use one-handed, but still comfortably able to show two apps side by side. The LCD panel can't match an OLED for contrast, but it's super-sharp.
