The fourth-gen AirPods have a similar design to the third, complete with smaller stems (also like the Pro 2 model). Their small case can be wirelessly charged and has a speaker, so you can locate it with Find My and know when the battery is charged.

Like other AirPods, these are designed for every ear, but that doesn't mean they won't fall out: If you've had problems with non-eartip buds in the past, these are likely to be the same. They're rated IP54 against sweat and water, but they are not a replacement for your dedicated fitness headphones.
