The PX7 S3 are Bowers & Wilkins' latest stab at flagship wireless cans, and spoiler alert: they sound absolutely sublime. Big, rich audio, class-leading ANC, and a more compact, comfortable design make them a seriously tempting package. They've had a hardware rethink – redesigned earcups, better button layout, replaceable pads - and a sonic one too, thanks to revamped internals and a dedicated amp powering those 40mm drivers. These headphones handle everything from Bach to bass drops like pros.

Up all light

They're not cheap, and battery life at 30 hours is starting to look average against rivals. There's also no 3.5mm jack (though a cable is included), and no spatial audio yet. That's coming via updates, alongside Bluetooth LE.

But the bottom line is that the PX7 S3 are probably the best-sounding wireless headphones you can buy righ now. Luxuriously built, brilliant ergonomics and all-day comfort along with ANC that challenges even the gnarliest Baby-on-Board journeys.
