It's tough for any football title to compete with the juggernaut that is EA Sports FC—but what Rematch has really got going for it is that, while it lacks real-world names, it's probably the most authentic recreation of the game itself.

That's true right down to how much amatch will make you sweat as if you've been running around the pitch yourself.

Instead of controlling a whole team where you switch between players, you control one person in a five-a-side setup, which in gaming terms is more like a team-based multiplayer such as Overwatch. You could even compare it to a shooter, because kicking the ball also involves aiming with a crosshair then pulling back the trigger. Just don't expect any crazy gimmicky abilities: whether it's simply passing the ball or aiming for the top corner, playing well is all down to your own skill—and also working as a team.
