b. Medium Voltage Cables: Medium voltage (MV) cables are designed for transmitting electricity at voltages between 1,000 volts and 35,000 volts. They are commonly used in wind farms and solar power plants to connect individual turbines or panels to a central substation where the voltage is stepped up for transmission.
