EPHEMERAL FRAME takes photobombing to another level

Growing up watching Narnia has made me look at paintings in a different way: as potential portals to other worlds, if you happen to catch them on a good day. Ephemeral Frame has, remarkably, captured that feeling, by turning portal fantasy into a clever puzzle mechanic. Just click on a photo, as you explore these worlds in first-person, and you will instantly be transported to the world inside the frame.

The game starts off in a series of abstract environments reminiscent of Twin Peaks' red room, and it's already an interesting puzzler as you hop inside stationary picture frames to collect photo fragments. But there are more exciting worlds out there, and seeing a photo of a busy street, or a poster for a rock concert and instantly stepping inside it is almost as impressive as No Man's Sly's seamless atmospheric transitions.
