ADD MORE PORTS

If you're running out of ports, there's an easy answer
-
YOU CAN NEVER have too many ports, but modern Macs never seem to give you enough. Thankfully, there’s a simple solution: buy a hub or dock, and you get a large range of extra ports on a device that takes up only one port on your Mac.
A good-quality Thunderbolt dock can give you over a dozen extra ports. If it’s mains-powered, it may offer charging ports for your notebook, iPhone, or other rechargeable device. Less ambitious is the plain old USB hub, which increases the number of USB ports available on your Mac. These can be USB-A or USB-C, and the hub might be mains-powered or not. But what’s the difference between the ports, and what should interest you?
