Initially, struggles hounded both employer and employee, but tech found a way to ease the process. Case in point, the Poly Voyager 4320UC, an enterprise-grade headset that offers office-level audio for home use.

The Voyager 4320UC is a wireless headset from Poly (formerly part of Plantronics). Our loaner unit is the variant that comes with a charging stand as well as a USB-C wireless dongle. Inside the box, you'll also get a 1.5m USB-C to USB-C cord, as well as a cloth carrying case. There's a different variant without the charging stand, and another with a USB-A wireless dongle.

The Voyager 4320UC is mainly made of plastic, but the good kind. It feels solid, giving you the confidence to finely adjust the headset for comfort. There's decent padding on the ears and the headband; even during long use, it doesn't feel too warm.

For those who wear glasses, the Voyager 4320UC can be a mixed bag. I personally had no concerns (more on that later), but other reviewers pointed out issues. The headband slider is also solid, with plenty of levels, so you can be sure there's one to fit.

Most of the headset buttons are on the right ear cuff, including the volume and call buttons. Also found within the call button is the LED notification, which lets you and others know that there's a call on the line. Also on the right cuff is the charging stand connection point, the USB-C charging port, the mic with the dedicated mute button, and the power switch that doubles as the mode selector.
