At this year's IFFA, the MULTIVAC Group will be presenting its complete product range of portioning machines from its subsidiary TVI for use in both trade and industrial operations. The exhibits include the latest GMS 1000 model, which can be seen in action as part of a fully networked line network. A highly versatile portioning line specially designed for use by medium-sized meat processors and food service providers will also be on show.

The GMS 1000 portioning machine will be shown in action as part of a fully networked line system: In combination with a flexible denester, a product insertion area, a precise weighing and sorting station, the high-performance TX 620 traysealer and a checkweigher with integrated metal detector, the line demonstrates how modern meat processing works at the highest level of efficiency.
