Time and tide wait for none today this is really the case in our hustle. This time is however greatly relatable with our rustle in lives where everyone of us in typically in a rat race in the search of a better livelihood option. 'Foods' - the basic need of our life is also not any exception where such acute reluctance either in the form of food that are consumed or in the proportionate that are engulfed in a due proportionate of our average body weight. Canned foods are an exemplary representative of this whose basic principles though are rooted back to the nomadic lifestyles of ours, where the raw fresh meats were caught, roasted in the heat of flames and then consumed accordingly in order to nutritionally satisfy our empty bellies, the concept of such techniques are still prevalent in numerous forms - the most relevant of which is 'preservation through canning in the amidst of others viz., sundrying, smoking, pickling, even packaging technically which to some extent contributes to the overall quality of the intended perishable commodity through extending its shelf-life'.
