Updated in 2025, they now feature active noise cancellation, heart rate monitoring, and a refined design, priced at ₹29,900. These earbuds aim to compete with Apple's AirPods Pro 2 and other premium wireless options. After testing them, here's a look at their performance and if they're worth adding to your gym bag.

DESIGN & BUILD

The Powerbeats Pro 2 feature an improved ear-hook design that enhances comfort and stability during workouts. Weighing 8.7g each, they're lighter than the original's 11g, with five sizes of silicone ear tips for a snug fit. Their IPX4 sweat and water resistance makes them suitable for intense activities, but they're not meant for swimming. The charging case is bulkier than most and weighing 69g, but it now supports both Qi wireless charging and USB-C. Each earbud has responsive physical buttons for volume and playback, though adjusting fit can lead to accidental presses.
