India Green Energy Expo 2025 fuels momentum for sustainable future

Delegates from countries such as Japan, Germany and Singapore brought in global perspectives and technology partnerships, further enhancing the event's international stature.

The 5th edition of the India Green Energy Expo (IGE) took place from June 19 to 21, 2025 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) bringing together innovators, manufacturers, policymakers and stakeholders from across the clean energy ecosystem. Over three days, the expo showcased cutting-edge technologies forward-thinking policies and collaborative strategies that are shaping green energy transformation in India.

Organised by Media Day Marketing in association with the Karnataka Renewable Energy Scientific Manufacturers Association (KRESMA) and supported by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), the event reaffirmed the state’s leadership in the renewable energy space of the country. The state which now sources nearly 68 percent of its energy from renewables continues to build on its impressive progress by adding 1,300 MW of clean capacity in the first quarter of 2025 alone.
