Largest bio-CNG facility in Uttar Pradesh, spanning approximately 12.5 acres near Jahangirabad and Arail Ghat in Naini is expected to produce 21.5 metric tonnes of bio-CNG, 200 metric tonnes of fermented organic manure (FOM), and 30 metric tonnes of briquettes daily.

EverEnviro's bio-CNG plant getting ready for Mahakumbh

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on his official visit to the Sangam Nagri, Prayagraj, overviewed the ongoing construction work of the state's largest bio-CNG facility being developed by EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt Ltd in partnership with the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation.

CM expressed satisfaction with the progress of the facility and directed the officials to commence the commercial operations at the earliest.

Aligned with the Waste-to-Wealth mission, the plant will enable the state to generate Rs 53 lakh annually by converting municipal waste into valuable resources. This initiative marks a significant milestone for Prayagraj in addressing its waste management challenges while contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. The project will be executed in two phases. In the first phase, the plant will feature two digesters capable of processing 200 tons of wet waste daily, producing 8.9 tons of bio-CNG each day. The second phase will further enhance the plant's capacity, adding 13.2 tons of bio-CNG production per day.
