Unlike places where rock properties are more predictable, Indian mining sites require equipment that can withstand fast changes in hardness, silica levels, and abrasion patterns without reducing output or liner life.

Our research and development team has concentrated on material-specific chamber engineering, resulting in optimised crushing profiles for basalt, granite, gabbro, quartzite, and high-abrasion ores. These chambers offer improved reduction ratios and a higher flakiness index, which are essential for producing IS383-grade aggregates for national road infrastructure.
