ENSIGN TEEN IS TAYLOR MADE!

WHITE Ensign boss Aaron Bloxham has hailed teenage talent Taylor Jacobi after his stoppage-time winner created history.

The Essex Senior League outfit were in serious danger of throwing away a golden opportunity after blowing a three-goal lead in their Isuzu FA Vase third round clash with Thetford Town last weekend.

But Jacobi's last-gasp strike secured a place in the last 32 for the first time in the club's history when they take on Southern Counties East League Premier Division side Erith & Belvedere.

Boss Bloxham is mighty proud of the strides 17-yearold Jacobi has taken and has now challenged him to kick on after overcoming a difficult start to the campaign.

"Taylor wasn't getting in the side at the beginning of the season, but he has come on leaps and bounds in the last few months and made the difference when given the opportunity," he told The NLP.
