OSCILLATING BETWEEN 'TO DO or NOT TO DO' FOCUS

All works need technique, relaxation, determination, an inner drive. The inner drive is called Focus to achieve any target. Focus involves mind and intellect, and no emotions. Focus is making a choice, as in life all actions vacillate between to do or not to do.

Focus is noticing and doing things. It makes the practitioner an expert or champion after experimenting life between to do and not to do. It methods determination, results, recognition, irritation, nervousness, hopelessness. Focus comes naturally and is an effort to consciously seek positivity in life.

Perseverance on the other hand, is the fuel of living, otherwise a potential triumph can easily become a failure. To burn this fuel one needs, focus that brings calm, purpose, avoids distraction and directs action into success.

RESOLVE

Mind is often full of disconnected thoughts. It fails to capitalize on strengths leading to frustration and helplessness. Intelligence on the other hand, is a manifestation of high mental capacity that brings clarity and priority. It helps to overcome fears. It keeps aside the feeling of 'what happens... if I miss my targets or objectives... It makes way between to do or not to do /should I go forward or backward.

To free self from such worrying thoughts, one should resolve situations through focus. Focus is the ability to prioritize. It removes disjointed ideas and channelizes mind towards the present. Though going back and forth is a healthy exercise to explore however prioritizing enables decision making.

Time taken off is necessary to turn prudent, composed and judicious. It is a win-win rational. Focus is simply concentration on right thought amongst many thoughts crossing mind.

FOCUSING IS CHANNELIZING THOUGHTS

Focus segregates unconnected thoughts, frees fear of unknown, lays stress on reasoning and faculty of understanding.
