A new menu at YÀN in the National Gallery Singapore, pays tribute to the sophistication of Cantonese cuisine.

Named after the Chinese word for 'feast', YAN continues to reinvent itself with a new menu starting in March this year. The list of new dishes pay homage to the foundational techniques developed over the years to bring out the full potential of natural flavours from fresh ingredients.
The new repertoire of dishes now sits alongside the restaurant's signature items in an appreciation of the roots of Cantonese cuisine.
