VP Bank extends a sponsor's invitation to Singapore amateur Chen Xingtong for the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open.

BANKING ON YOUNG TALENT

Promising young golfer Chen Xingtong got a boost in her year's tournament calendar when VP Bank gave her a sponsor's invite to play in the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open.

This year will be the sixth time VP Bank features as the tournament's title sponsor, solidifying a commitment to the growth of women's golf. In the run-up to the event, which will be held later this year, VP Bank hosted an exclusive and intimate golf experience at ParTee Golf in Singapore, offering key clients the unique opportunity to interact with Chen Xingtong, a rising talent in professional golf, and Urs Monstein, Group CEO of VP Bank. This unique event combined interactive golf simulator challenges - on a simulated version of the actual tournament course at Golfpark Holzhäusern - with a fireside chat, providing an inspiring and relaxed environment to connect and discuss golf, business and performance.

image“We are thrilled to be able to support Chen Xingtong,” said Urs Monstein, VP Bank’s Group CEO who was in Singapore for the event. “She's an incredible talent, and her dedication and hard work are truly inspiring. Sponsoring Xingtong is part of VP Bank’s broader commitment to fostering young talent. VP Bank’s sponsorship activities reflect its purpose “partnership for progress”. Just as we understand the needs of our clients, we are also familiar with the challenges faced by the young talents we support.

We know that success can only be achieved as a team. We believe in the power of sport to inspire and develop future leaders. By supporting athletes like Xingtong, we aim to provide them with the resources and opportunities they need to excel. In doing so, we're helping to build a foundation for their success.” For this reason, VP Bank supports ambitious talents and forms partnerships with them.
