It's deep into hill-climb season, but riders are still experimenting and testing new bits of equipment and gearing ratios ahead of the RTTC National Hill Climb Championship in Derbyshire on 26 October. While there have been a lot more disc-brake bikes this season, it's always refreshing to see a classic rim-brake bike taking to the start line. Bethany Brooksbank's Elves Vanyar is one of those bikes.
