- by PETER FLAHERTY

CARSON TINNEY, C

NOTRE DAME

Tinney is a 6-foot-3 righthanded hitter who enjoyed one of the biggest breakout seasons of any hitter in the country. The ACC sophomore posted a .348/.498/.753 slash line with 13 doubles, 17 home runs and 53 RBIs. Not only does Tinney have plus power, but he also possesses an advanced defensive skill set.

ANDREW FISCHER, 1B

TENNESSEE

Fischer thrived in his lone season at Tennessee after transferring from Ole Miss. He hit .341/.497/.760 with 16 doubles, 25 home runs, 65 RBIs and an eye-popping walk-to-strikeout ratio of 63-to-42 in 65 games. The lefthanded hitter stands out for his advanced approach but also possesses plus power to his pull side and a feel for the barrel.

GAVIN KILEN, 2B

TENNESSEE

The lefthanded-hitting Kilen wowed at Tennessee after transferring from Louisville. He batted a career-best .357/.441/.671 with 32 extra-base hits, 46 RBIs and 30 walks to 27 strikeouts in 53 games. Kilen tapped into more power this spring to go along with his already advanced feel to hit and could be a first-round pick in July.

DANIEL CUVET, 3B

MIAMI

Cuvet more than carried over the momentum he built during his standout freshman campaign and hit .372/.450/.708 with 20 doubles, 18 home runs and a whopping 84 RBIs in 61 games as a sophomore. The 6-foot-3 righthanded batter has some of the most impressive raw power for 2026 and has shown no issue getting to it in games.
