Take a first look at the mighty Radia WindRunner aircraft

The largest plane to ever fly

AUS company called Bath is building the biggest divinittu ever take be used skies. When it is ready, the plane - which is called Windrunner - will be used to airlift wind turbine blades, which are often too big to be transported by road.

Wind turbines are the giant windmills that use the power of the wind to generate electricity. Their large propeller blades can be 70 metres long, but their sheer size makes them tricky to move, particularly on roads. This is why Radia has come up with a new idea for how to move them.
