Mudras offer a subtle but transformative healing practice. The Sanskrit word "mudra" means "gesture," and mudras are gestures of the hand that can influence the vital energy known as prana, which circulates throughout the body. By forming a loop between the chosen fingers, each mudra influences the flow of energy in the body, restoring balance and good health.
