Aviassembly is a slightly more casual version of Euro Truck Simulator or SnowRunner, but instead of sitting behind the wheel of a truck, you're piloting a plane. It's currently in Early Access on Steam, so it's admittedly a bit barebones right now, yet it's perfectly tuned progression system scratches that 'one more go' itch.
